Anti-ragging Committee 

Anti-ragging Committee is formed for the academic year 2023-24 as per AICTE guidelines with the following members to eradicate/prohibit ragging in our institution.
Anti-Ragging Committee will be involved in designing strategies and action plan for curbing the Menace of Ragging in the college by adopting array of activities.
The Committee also would conduct awareness programmes from time-to-time in the campus.
The committee will monitor in prevention of ragging.

Grievances Redressal Committee 

A Grievance Redressal committee has been formed in our college to settle genuine grievances of students, staff and parents up to a satisfaction level so as to create a healthy relationship among the students, parents, employees and employer. The grievance will include any matter relating to student and staff. The committee is requested to contribute effectively to dispose the grievances at the earliest.

The Internal Complaints Committee (Anti-Sexual harassment)

The Internal Complaints Committee is formed for prevention of sexual harassment of women at workplace, as per ‘The Sexual Harassment at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013’ to deal with the sexual harassment complaints of women at workplace:
The committee shall, on receipt of a written complaint, will initiate inquiry proceedings as per the directions under the law.
Sexual Harassment has been defined as: An act of sexual harassment includes any one or more of the unwelcome acts or behavior, whether directly or by implication:

  1. Physical contact and advances; or
  2. A demand or request for sexual favors; or

iii. Making sexual colored remarks; or

  1. Showing pornography; or
  2. Any unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature.

Internal Quality Assurance Cell

Internal Quality Assurance Cells in Polytechnics. Maintaining the momentum of quality consciousness is crucial in Polytechnics. Internal Quality Assurance Cell, in fact, is conceived as a mechanism to build and ensure a quality culture at the institutional level. The IQAC is meant for planning, guiding and monitoring Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Enhancement (QE) activities of the colleges.

  • Development and application of quality benchmarks/parameters for the various academic and administrative activities of the Colleges
  • Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes and promotion of quality circles.
  • Ensure heightened level of clarity and focus in institutional functioning towards quality enhancement.
  • Build an organized methodology of documentation and internal communication.
  • Ensure enhancement and integration among the various activities of the college and good practices.
  • Act as a dynamic system for quality changes in the Colleges
  • Provide a sound basis for decision-making to improve institutional functioning.
